This page explains how to remove data managed by FlatTable and which information may remain with your device or third-party services. FlatTable does not require a user account or operate its own server-side database of your leveling measurements.
1. Delete information in FlatTable
FlatTable stores app preferences, your entered date of birth, setup state and saved calibration information locally on your device. Live motion sensor readings are used for measurement and are not saved as a history of leveling sessions by the app.
To delete FlatTable's locally managed data:
- Open FlatTable.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete all app data (or the equivalent option in your language).
- Read the confirmation message and confirm.
This resets FlatTable's locally managed preferences, date of birth and calibration settings, and returns the app to its initial setup. The reset cannot be undone within FlatTable. A saved device backup may, however, allow data to be restored.
2. Uninstall FlatTable
You can uninstall FlatTable using your device's application-management controls. Uninstalling generally removes its local app data, subject to the operating system's backup and restoration behavior.
Removing only the app icon from the home screen without uninstalling the app may leave its data intact.
3. Device backups
Your device or operating-system account may retain backups containing app data. FlatTable does not control these backups. To manage or delete them, use the backup controls provided by Apple, Google or your device manufacturer.
Restoring a device backup may restore previously saved preferences or calibration information.
4. Advertising and consent-related information
Deleting local FlatTable data or uninstalling FlatTable does not necessarily erase information that Google or other advertising providers have already processed or stored.
Google's consent records and advertising-related information may be managed separately from FlatTable's own local preferences and calibration records. Resetting the app is not proof that a third-party provider's information has been deleted.
To review Google's information and controls, consult:
Where a privacy-options control is available in FlatTable, you can use it to review advertising choices for future processing. You may also contact Google directly about information it controls.
5. Request assistance
Because FlatTable does not use a user account or keep its own server-side leveling history, we generally cannot access or remotely delete the app information stored on your device.

You do not need to send your date of birth or sensor measurements merely to ask a question. We request only information reasonably necessary to address your inquiry.
