Scope

These Terms describe the operation of Personal Integration Drive. The operator is Eric Wündisch, the individual who maintains the integration and is its sole user.
The integration supports the operator's applications and automated workflows. Exclusive personal access does not mean that the activities supported by those workflows are necessarily noncommercial.
Private operation and intended use
Personal Integration Drive is not available to the public. There is no public registration, subscription or third-party access. Visitors have no entitlement to access the integration because information about it is published on this website.
Only the operator uses the integration and authorizes access to the operator's Google account. Configured applications and automated workflows may retrieve and download files, create files, modify file contents or metadata and delete files where the granted OAuth scopes and file permissions allow. Individual workflows perform only the operations required for their configured purpose.
The drive.file scope permits file management for files created by or made available to the application through supported Google authorization mechanisms. It does not grant unrestricted access to every file in Google Drive. If a previous drive.readonly authorization remains granted, it may additionally allow reading and downloading files throughout the authorized account, subject to file permissions. It does not extend the file modification or deletion permissions provided by drive.file. The Privacy Policy explains these permissions and the associated data processing.
Processing must remain within the account authorization, the disclosed purposes and the applicable Google data-use requirements. Publishing information about the integration does not create a public user account or a service contract with visitors.
Functionality and availability
Continuous availability and unchanged functionality are not guaranteed. The operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the integration, individual applications or workflows, subject to obligations imposed by applicable law.
External infrastructure and services
The applications depend on OVH hosting and Google services. Some workflows also publish generated content through external platforms. Their terms, policies, availability, quotas and technical restrictions continue to apply. Changes to those services or revocation of Google authorization may interrupt dependent workflows.
Personal Integration Drive is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Use of another provider's services does not imply that provider's endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. These Terms do not create a service-level commitment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law. In particular, mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
The operator may revise these Terms when functionality or applicable requirements change. The version on this website shows its own update date. Any notice required by applicable law remains necessary.
